O’Fallon has the newest and largest homes on any of our pages. In early October 2026 the typical active listing was built in 2004, had 4 bedrooms, and had about 2,700 square feet. About a quarter of everything for sale was built in the 2020s. More than nine in ten listings were single-family homes. O’Fallon sits along I-64 and is a short drive from Scott Air Force Base, so many buyers here are military families.
